What a Friend Account does

Friend accounts let music listeners sell music directly to their fans. The music that listeners sell, is music that has been uploaded onto the site by artists.
Essentially:

• Artists upload tracks

• Friends sell them on

To sell on tracks - friends have to add them to their page.  They do this by visiting an artist page and pressing add within the music info area, next to a track listing.

The added track will then appear in the form of a music box.  For an example of music boxes on a friend's page see this profile www.alterhit.com/bud

If a visitor buys a track on a Friend's page, the friend will earn 20% of the sale price of the track.  The artist continues to earn their share, but we pay the music listener too.
